Shipment

Orders will be delivered to the address indicated in the order form after receipt of the order.
We do our best to ship the products as soon as we got the order. We work with DHL eCommerce and its partners throughout Europe. For most of European countries, package will arrive 2 days after being picked up by the courier.

Black Potion Coffee Roasters delivers in the following countries during weekdays.

Pick up directly at the roastery situated at Café Capitale

You also have the possibility to select 'pick-up' at checkout and pick-up your order directly at the roastery when ready (Café Capitale - rue du Midi, 45 - 1000 Brussels, Belgium). No shipping costs will be applied.

You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick up, usually within 1-2 days.

Need an invoice?

If you buy coffee for a company and need an invoice, just fill in the company name + VAT number at checkout, and you will find your invoice automatically in the confirmation mail of your order.
